If your life had a flavor profile what would it be? 📚 I don’t have an answer to my own question today. Hopefully sweet but with this quarantine it might be more bland or bittersweet. 📚 This is an interior page from With the Fire On High by Elizabeth Acevedo—one of my favorite books from 2019. 📚 Each section of the book is named for a different flavor and starts with one of Emoni’s recipes. It’s one of the most well-thought out and best designed books I’ve ever seen. 📚 #instabooks #currentlyreading #amreading #instareads #lovereading #bookworm #bookblogging #bookblogger #bookstagrammer #bibliophile #booklove #bookphotography #instabook #reading #reader #booktography #bookstagram #beautifulbooks #booksofinstagram #goodreads #bookstagramit #bookish #bookishfeature #bookblog #bookstagramfeature #readersofinstagram #unitedbookstagram #elizabethacevedo #withthefireonhigh #pagespread

How My Week Went:

This week was actually okay. I am doing a lot of compartmentalizing to not worry about what happens if anything (else) goes wrong, but that’s a coping mechanism I can deal with. My desk/laptop setup is a lot better and I got a lot of stuff done and feel like I can survive this. It’s not much, but I’ll take it.
