  1. So I haven’t read Seraphina or Shadowscale (but saw them at BN yesterday and PRETTY COVERS), but I did love The Winner’s Curse and Grave Mercy, so maybe one day I’ll read them ;) I have a lot of books to get through before then, lol. My TBR pile is scaring me.

    1. Seraphina and Shadowscale are dense–there is no way around that. But quite good. I think now that we know you’re into historical-ish fantasy you’d like them a lot.
