November (2014) Reading Tracker

You can also see my October 2014 report.

Here’s what I hope to read this month:

  1. In the Afterlight by Alexandra Bracken
  2. The Winner’s Crime by Marie Rutkoski
  3. Poisoned Apples: Poems for You, My Pretty by Christine Hepperman
  4. Blackfin Sky by Kat Ellis
  5. Love and Other Perishable Items by Laura Buzo
  6. These Broken Stars by Meagan Spooner and Amie Kaufman
  7. A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Grey
  8. In the Shadow of Blackbirds by Cat Winters
  9. Shadow Scale by Rachel Hartman
  10. The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon
  11. How to Lead a Life of Crime by Kiersten White

November 3: I actually started In the Afterlight in October but since I still have 200 pages and it’s a 535 page book, I’m going with it.

November 10: Finished with In the Afterlight (love) and through a series of great luck also an arc of The Winner’s Crime which was super gritty but fantastic. Also read Poisoned Apples on my lunch hour today. Currently 77 pages into Blackfin Sky. Digging it so far.

November 18: Blackfin Sky was unexpectedly delightful. After that it was onwards to Love and Other Perishable Items which was stunning. It was aching and funny and beautiful and I finished it four days ago but I can’t stop thinking about it. At Kayla’s suggestion I am now reading These Broken Stars. I am enjoying it but a lot of stuff is going on with horrible commutes and work and stuff so it’s taking longer to get into than I’d like.

November 30: Finished These Broken Stars, A Thousand Pieces of You AND In the Shadow of Blackbirds.
