Braided Cord Bookmark Wrap Bracelet with Fish Crystal accents (From Our Gift Cottage)

This is a semi-regular feature here on the blog exhibiting different handmade items available for sale at the online shops my mom and I have: Diane and Emma’s Gift Cottage on Etsy and Diane and Emma’s Gift Cottage on eBay. (She’s Diane and I’m Emma. We make things–together!)

Today I’m showcasing a braided cord bookmark that I made which I think would be a great gift for anyone who likes books, fish, or sparkly things. (Or all three of course!) It’s currently for sale on Etsy for $12.00.

Hand Braided Cord Bookmark wrap Bracelet Swarovski Crystal Accents Fish Red Topaz Pisces 15 in

This is a whimsical hand braided cord bookmark/bracelet created by Emma.
It is 15 inches long.
This bookmark can also be wrapped around the wrist and tied as a bracelet.
It is a unique bookmark made from sturdy cotton thread with Swarovski crystal accents on either end.
The bookmark can be placed inside any book to mark your place while the crystals dangle from each end.
The cord is braided with cotton threads in red, white and topaz colors in an appealing spiral pattern.
The sparkly crystal accents include a cluster of bicone Swarovski crystal beads in topaz, citrine and smoky quartz colors.
Each end of the bookmark also features a sparkly Swarovski crystal fish in a topaz color.
The fish beads are each 1/2 inch long.
It would also be a beautiful curtain tie back or handbag charm.
Fish represent the Pisces astrological sign making this a great gift for anyone born from March 15 to April 14.
Fish are also tied to many symbolic meanings.
Giving a gift with fish imagery can promote good luck, creativity, happiness and knowledge.
Fish are also believed to represent transformation.
