“I have no need to be a germophobe.”

After watching “Bear” lick a pen to get it to write.

Miss Print: “Did you just lick that pen?”

Bear: “Yes I did.”

Miss Print: “Not a germophobe huh?”

Brian: “No. My ancestors lived in filth and still made it to eighty or older. I’m not that worried.”

And, truth is, my being grossed out (I am a germophobe) diminished and shifted to jealousy. I’d like to be that not worried about germs. And I’d love to say all of my relatives lived past eighty.
